As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a low rate of defects in our large suite of software products.

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing product requirements and devising test cases that will thoroughly test each requirement.
  • Identifying and documenting defects.
  • Assisting with post-release support issues by facilitating communication between development team and support staff.

Qualifications: 

  • Strong organizational, analytical, logical, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, tenacity, and a reputation for being a perfectionist.
  • Ability to learn quickly and understand the balance between working independently and relying on the expertise of others.
  • Experience with different software applications and knowledge of commonly accepted principles in user interfaces.
  • Comfortable working with geographically distributed and multi-disciplinary teams.

Experience in software testing is an asset, but not required if you possess a post-secondary degree with the above qualifications. 

Bonus Qualifications: First-hand knowledge of the retail or wireless industry.
