Enterprise Contracting Representative

Purpose

Custom contracts with our enterprise and strategic customers/partners are fair for all parties

Accountabilities

  • Modelling financial what-if scenarios to ensure each contract exceeds our financial goals
  • Receives and addresses custom contract requests from the Customer Development and Enterprise Services team
  • Analyzes financial and operational performance relative to targets, developing and implementing contractual structures to address problem areas.
  • Leads commercial negotiations required to maximize account financial performance. Typical projects include: pricing, contract negotiation, long term business relationship structuring, financial modelling
  • Participates in the pricing/bid preparation process.
  • Works with Customer Development, Finance, Customer Experience teams, as well as Prospect, to understand the prospect/customers’ needs and develop proposals to meet those needs while achieving account objectives.
  • Develops agreements with strategic channel partners, including synthesizing market trends and needs to develop go-to-market strategies, target accounts, and value propositions
  • Develops and executes global account product life-cycle strategy for profitable growth
  • Participates in the development and presentation of insight-led customer proposals
  • Develops and negotiate custom contracts
  • Participates in performing market analysis and the development of customer value propositions

Nice to Have:

  • Law Degree preferred but not required
