As a wholly owned subsidiary of iQmetrix; Ready is a leading software solutions company that designs and builds products to perfect the guest experience at restaurants. Our payment solution is deployed in restaurants and stadiums, and is based on years of research and expertise.

The restaurant industry is evolving at a rapid pace, and it’s an exciting time to be working on building solutions to make guest experiences amazing. Ready operates as a start-up within a solid, well-established parent software company. 

Purpose:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team is building the right solutions to solve real world market problems. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, to discovery new opportunities, define requirements, and assist the team in shipping an exceptional product.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience or similar role in a technology product company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced AGILE development environment.
  • Experience leading sprint planning and grooming sessions.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
  • Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in hospitality software solutions is an asset

Accountabilities:

  • Defining and communicating overall product strategy and direction
  • Defining product success measures and analyzing & interpreting results
  • Utilizing metrics to validate and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog
  • Monitoring competitors & market trends and identifying new opportunities
  • Gathering feedback from clients / stakeholders and acting on it appropriately
  • Breaking down requirements into a prioritized set of well defined epics and user stories
  • Leading agile development processes including sprint planning and grooming sessions
  • Estimating and communicating development timelines for projects and tasks
  • Balancing business, design and technical needs
