Purpose:

iQmetrix’s brand is amplified through engaging content utilizing our blog, newsletter, paid advertising, and social media channels, helping to generate demand for our solutions and promoting our position as thought leaders in retail.
 

Accountabilities:

  • Building and maintaining iQmetrix's social media profiles and presence
  • Tracking social media metrics to see how we are performing on engagement and sharing results with the marketing team
  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor and customer activity on social channels and engaging appropriately
  • Creating and maintaining iQmetrix’s blog strategy
  • Coordinating with marketing managers and other stakeholders to write blogs, creating the blog schedule, and providing feedback to writers
  • Providing data-driven suggestions to all content stakeholders for blog, social media, paid advertising, and campaigns
  • Finding and inviting influencers within our retail space to guest blog
  • Distributing blog posts and growing viewership and subscribers
  • Finding and maintaining activity in digital communities and online forums
  • Coordinating, writing, editing, and growing iQmetrix’s digital customer and prospect newsletters
  • Producing both print and digital advertising copy
  • Coordinating with third parties to place and deliver advertising and promo spots
  • Creating copy for paid search and remarketing ads in coordination with SEO consultant
  • Monitoring and analyzing ROI of advertising and paid lead gen activities
     

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker who’s eager to come up with and share new ideas
  • Exceptional copy writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience is writing blog and advertising content
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing with a command of each network and their best practices
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
